I USED to visit this particular restaurant 1 to 2 times a week to feed my family. We really enjoyed the good and service. In fact, we were just discussing how ask the employees seemed so eager to assist costumers. I estimate that I spend at least $25-$30 on each visit. I went through the drive through today and was expecting the normal 10-15 minute wait with my car in idle. I haven't minded in the past because the customer service was usually outstanding and made up for it. Things went much differently today. A nice young lady came to my car window and was taking my order on a tablet. I showed her the coupon I planned to use and she confirmed it was valid. The coupon is for a free chick-fil-a nuggets kid's meal. (Picture attached) I finally got up to the drive thru window and gave the cashier my coupon. After speaking with another employee, the cashier stated that the coupon was not valid at that location? (Coupon states "Redeemable at: Chick-fil-a at Gator Hole Plaza North Myrtle Beach.) I pointed this fact out to the cashier and she gets the manager. The manager then tells me that because the owner that was listed on the coupon was not the current owner, then the coupon is invalid? (The coupon has NO expiration date). I expressed my concern to the manager and he responded with, "I'm sorry, but we're just not going to take this." I do apologize for the length of this review, but I'm just appalled by the type of customer service at this location. That manager would risk losing a customer (he probably thought we were tourist and he wasn't losing reoccurring business) over a $3.60 coupon? Especially when the coupon was specifically for that location and had NO expiration? I will do my research and find out who owns this location. I will be sure that I NEVER go to any restaurants this person owns. I know I won't make a dent in their revenue, but I absolutely refuse to support businesses that think they are above the people that keep them afloat.

I called ahead to check closing time and ask if they serve decaf coffee, Cody responds "let me know when you're coming in and I'll have some fresh brewed for you!" Chick-fil-a does it again with top notch service!

They had real problems the day I was there. It took 15 min to get someone else's food, then 3 more to get mine. The only reason they did not get one star wAs because the late food was good.

We have been to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast every day this week since Monday. We love their chicken biscuits! The chicken is plump, juicy and tasty! We will be going back in the morning.

This was the first Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to, and it was wonderful. It was bright and clean, and all of the staff was nice. We had no idea what we wanted so the girl at the front explained what everything was to us. After we ordered we sat down and someone brought our food out to us. A woman came by to see if we needed refills and also brought the ice cream cup my son opted for instead of the toy. The food was great, esp the chicken wrap and the people were very nice. Too bad they aren't open on Sunday.
